POST PANDA SEO STRATEGIES

This  latest  Panda   update   isn’t  the   first  major   change  Google  has implemented.  They have  been  tweaking  and  changing  their  algorithm  for years. With each change has come the need to adapt. In other words, if you aren’t the type of person who can change at the drop of a hat, it is worth your while to become this way if you want your online properties to thrive. The truth is, things change online constantly and the people who can change with them the fastest are the ones who seem to achieve the greatest success.

This guide is your blueprint for change. You don’t need to figure out how Panda has changed the game because we’ve done all the work for you. All you need to do is read what we have to say and then take action.

Note that the next section after this one will contain an action plan. However, feel free to implement the strategies as you go along. Also, all the old, obsolete tactics such as keyword stuffing are still obsolete. They haven’t worked for a while, and they still won’t work.

Site Indexing

As we learned in the last chapter, Google changed the way they approached site indexing with the  release of Caffeine. In the past, we had to monitor whether or not our sites were being indexed by the search engines and how quickly this would happen.

If our sites weren’t being indexed we had to give things a boost. We’d do this by developing a network of  backlinks and making sure that our sites were delivering quality content to the users, among other things.

Now, the notion of monitoring the indexing process is fairly obsolete because of how quickly Google  appears to index. In fact, they seem to index nearly everything. Whether or not your site will then rank well depends on a bunch of factors which we will get into. However, there isn’t as much importance placed on indexing because of how common it is now.It used to be that if your site actually got indexed it meant that Google already thought it had serious potential.

Since nearly everything gets indexed, this isn’t the case. In other words, it is a waste  of  time  to  focus  on  site  indexing.  You  no  longer  need  to  monitor whether your site will get indexed and it no longer indicates whether or not your site is on the right track.

Instead, focus  on  implementing  the  other  tactics  we’re  presenting  in  this report, especially on the sites that you have that have taken the biggest hit.
